- Be commencing full-time study in a UNSW Law and Justice undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree program (LLB, JD or LLM programs) in Term 1, 2027.

- Undergraduate applicants must have completed an assessable Senior Secondary School qualification immediately prior to commencing study at UNSW and not have undertaken prior tertiary study.
- Be an international student, who is a citizen of Hong Kong at the time of application.
- Be an international student from Asia.
