Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships supports excellent international applicants admitted to a regular two-year TU Delft MSc programme by providing financial support for tuition and living expenses. The scholarship is aimed at new incoming MSc students (not International Joint Education Programme students) who have achieved excellent academic results and submit a complete MSc application before the scholarship deadline.

The Justus & Louise van Effen Foundation finances the Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships.
