The Youth Action Summit 2027 is a fully funded international youth conference in Berlin, Germany, organized by the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA). It brings together 250+ young leaders, changemakers, students, and professionals from over 125 countries for four days of diplomacy, leadership training, policy dialogue, and cross-cultural exchange.

The Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA) is an international organization empowering the next generation of global leaders through youth forums, diplomatic skills training, and cross-cultural programs. CDA’s previous engagements include the World Youth Forum, European Youth Summit, Youth Vision Assembly, and the Global Diplomats Forum.

Youth Action Summit Eligibility Criteria

How to Apply for Youth Action Summit?

  1. Complete the online application form before 5 October 2026
  2. Tell us your story: your motivation, leadership experience, and the change you want to create
  3. Selection & notification: shortlisted candidates are notified by email after the deadline
  4. Confirm your seat and receive your official documents (including your visa invitation letter)
  5. Pack your bags for Berlin: summit dates 11–14 January 2027

Is the Youth Action Summit 2027 fully funded?

Yes. YAS 2027 offers 50 fully funded scholarships covering round-trip airfare, shared accommodation, visa costs, summit access, and meals. An additional 100 partially funded scholarships and 100 Forum Access passes are also available.

When and where will the Youth Action Summit 2027 take place?

The summit takes place from 11 to 14 January 2027 in Berlin, Germany.

What is the application deadline for YAS 2027?

The application deadline is 5 October 2026.

Who is eligible to apply?

Young people aged 16-45 from all countries – students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, activists, and community leaders.

Does the summit provide a visa invitation letter for Germany?

Yes. All selected delegates (fully funded, partially funded, and paid categories) receive an official invitation letter to support their Schengen visa application for Germany. Fully funded delegates also have their visa costs covered.

What does the fully funded scholarship cover?

Round-trip airfare, shared accommodation in Berlin, visa costs, full summit access, and meals for the duration of the summit.

What is the difference between the Partially Funded scholarship and the Forum Access Pass?

Partially funded delegates receive shared accommodation, visa support, summit access, and meals (they cover their own airfare). Forum Access Pass holders receive summit access and meals only, and arrange their own travel and accommodation.

Can I attend if I am not selected for a scholarship?

Yes. You can join through our paid categories: the Self-Funded (Accommodation) package, the Summit Access Pass (Non-Accommodation), or request an Invitation Letter for independent participation and upgrade later.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. All delegates receive an official certificate of participation from the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement.

Is there an age limit or nationality restriction?

The summit is open to applicants of all nationalities within the eligible age range. Delegates from developing countries, underrepresented communities, and first-time travelers are strongly encouraged to apply.
