Eligibility Criteria for ACI Foundation Scholarship 2026

  • Must be a full-time student, enrolled in a concrete related degree during the award cycle (fall through spring semester of the standard academic year)
  • Fellowship applicants must attend an accredited institute or university in the United States or Canada during the award cycle
  • Be proficient in the English language
  • If English is not your native language, you can upload a copy of your TOEFL score (optional)
  • MENA Student Excellence Award applicants must attend a college or university in the Gulf Cooperation Council region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates), Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, or Tunisia
  • Saudi Arabia Student Excellence Award applicants must attend a university in Saudi Arabia

How to Apply for the ACI Foundation Scholarship 2026

  • Submit a current resume
  • Write a 500-word essay describing your interest in a long-term career in the concrete industry
  • Submit official transcripts from all previously and presently attended universities/institutes (must be in English and adjusted to a 4.0 grading scale; WES evaluations accepted)
  • Supply two endorsements that show your suitability to receive this award (one endorsement MUST be an ACI member; endorsers cannot be students or family members)
  • Finalists MUST attend the spring ACI Concrete Convention for their in-person interview (travel paid by the fellowship program)
