  3. Submit REQUIRED: Manga Work as ONE PDF file
  4. Optionally submit PREFERRED: Japanese Translation of Manga Work as Microsoft Word or PDF
  5. For applicants outside Japan: Japanese embassy/consulate will send upload link after form submission
  6. For applicants in Japan: Cultural Affairs and Overseas Public Relations Division at MOFA will send upload link after form submission
