The Winter Session accepts applications from July to October. Participants may come to JINR within two time periods: from July to November and from January to June.

Lastly, original boarding passes are required. All documents, except the original boarding passes, must be sent to the START Team by email. Please do this at least two weeks before you arrive in Dubna.
