How to Apply?

  • Fill out the online application form with your personal and academic details. Make sure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare a single PDF including your academic CV and publication list (if any). Name the file using LastName_FirstName.pdf.
  • Upload your PDF file to the program’s designated cloud service. Applications won’t be considered without this document.
  • Submit both the application form and PDF before the deadline: 15 February 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • After submission, you will receive an automatic email confirmation that your application was received. Official placement decisions will come later.
  • If your preferred host isn’t listed, you can still apply by selecting a suitable professor yourself and including them on your form. Avoid contacting professors directly.
