The UNFPA Global Internship Roster is open to all nationals. The United Nations Population Fund, or UNFPA is a branch of the United Nations that is on a mission to create a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe, and all young persons will reach their full potential. Through the UNFPA Global Internship Roster program, you can get an insight into how UNFPA works and what are the issues in the community. The Internship Opportunities are available in a variety of areas and different countries.

Interns can select the duty station where they want to work. All interns will receive a stipend that will help them to cover their living expenses. The internship is open to the enrolled Bachelor, and master’s degree students as well as graduate students can also apply for the UNFPA Internship.

Scholarship Benefits

All interns will receive a stipend to cover their living expenses. The stipend will be paid in the local currency at the end of each month Moreover, there is no application fee. All interns can apply from any part of the world.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Be enrolled in a university degree program such as a bachelor’s, Master’s and have completed at least one academic year.
  • Graduated students can also apply. However, they have to start the internship within one year of graduation.
  • Show interest in the field of development.
  • An individual whose father, mother, son, daughter, brother, or sister is a UNFPA staff member is not eligible for an internship with UNFPA.
