Scholarship Benefits

Financial assistance of $5,000.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicant must have enrolled for a tenure of one year as a full-time student enrolled in a Master of Engineering in Fire Engineering at the university.
  • The Scholarship can be held with any other scholarship, bursary, prize, or tertiary allowance, provided that the rules of those awards permit.
  • The University Council may vary the conditions of the scholarship award from time to time after consultation with the Executive of the SFPE NZ Chapter.
  • The Selection Committee may decline to recommend the awarding of a scholarship in any year if there is no suitable candidate.
