Scholarship Eligibility

Scholarships are available for new international students (freshman, transfer and graduate) applying to PSU for the first time. Must have admission to a degree program.

Not eligible: exchange students, government/employer sponsored students, students receiving tuition waivers such as graduate assistantships or legacy tuition waivers, online programs, students in special short-term, non-degree programs, Intensive English Program, and other tuition waivers. The scholarship may be rescinded if the cumulative GPA drops below 3.0. Must be enrolled as a full time student. Scholarship will not be applied to tuition during summer semesters.
