The Fondazione Giorgio Cini will award one student, undergraduate or graduate, wishing to spend six months doing research at the Glass Study Center / Institute of Art History starting from November 2022 a six-month residential scholarship that will consist of a 6,200 Euros amount and free accommodation. Students must apply to be considered.
The Giorgio Cini Foundation, or just Cini Foundation, is a cultural foundation founded on 20 April 1951 in memory of Giorgio Cini, an Italian entrepreneur who died in August 1949. The Foundation is the earliest example in Italy of a private organization whose principal aims included humanistic studies at a time when collective interest was focused on economics, science, and technology.

The selected degree students will be provided with a gross sum2 of 6,200 Euros as a contribution to general expenses, travel and board, paid in equal postponed quarterly instalments and free of charge accommodation for six consecutive months in the Vittore Branca Center Residence on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore and free use of the Vittore Branca Center facilities.
