The Daewoo Corporation established an endowment at GW to offer scholarships of up to $15,000 (fees excluded) for the period of one academic year

Benefits

  • Eligible Countries: Vietnamese students can apply for these endowments.
  • Entrance Requirements: All recipients must be full-time Master’s or doctoral students (applicants or current students) at the George Washington University and demonstrate high scholastic achievement by maintaining required academic averages for their programs of studies.
  • Eligible fields of study include accountancy, finance, information systems, international business, supply chain management, marketing, and science technology and innovation. (Executive Education programs are not eligible.)
  • Incoming students must have passed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based exam or 100 on the internet-based exam, or an IELTS overall band score of 7.0 (with no individual band below 6.0).
  • To ensure that recipients return to Vietnam and contribute to the further development of their nation’s growth following the receipt of their degree, an F-1 visa is required.

Others

Incoming students must have passed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 600 on the paper-based exam or 100 on the internet-based exam, or an IELTS overall band score of 7.0 (with no individual band below 6.0).
