Scholarship Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Fully Funded Nanyang Technological University PhD Scholarship in Singapore are stated below:

  • Applicants are welcome from any country, but all things being equal preference will be given to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
  • Applicants must hold a First Class Honours degree or equivalent.
  • Applicants must meet all the entry requirements for the Ph.D. program at Nanyang Technological University.
  • Applicants must meet the English language entry requirement.
  • Scholarships are only available for new students commencing study in the academic year 2025 – 2026. Current students are not eligible to apply.
