The Fully Funded Hong Kong PhD Fellowship is open to all nationals. Students who have done bachelor's degree (16 years of education) can also apply (Direct PhD). Both the MPhil and Bachelor degree holders can apply for Hong Kong PhD scholarships. Fully Funded Fellowship is available in Hong Kong's top 8 Universities. There is No Application Fee to apply for the Fellowship.
Students can apply in the following study areas Science, Medicine, Engineering, and Technology, Humanities, Social Science and Business Studies under HKPFS 2024. This fellowship will cover all the expenses to study in Hong Kong's best universities. It is a prestigious chance for students from around the world to pursue their PhD degrees from abroad.
The fellowship is offered at multiple universities in Hong Kong. Here is the golden opportunity for all students to Study abroad for free. Almost 300 awards will be given to selected students from around the world. The scholarship will cover all the expenses to undertake postgraduate degree programs.
The Fellowship provides an annual stipend of HK$337,200 (approximately US$43,230) and a conference and research-related travel allowance of HK$14,000 (approximately US$1,790) per year for each awardee for a period of up to three years. 400 PhD Fellowships will be awarded in the 2025/26 academic year*. Candidates who are seeking admission as new full-time PhD students in the following eight universities, irrespective of their country of origin, prior work experience, and ethnic background, should be eligible to apply.
