Admission Requirements

For application and admission information, contact Mattea Nickel [email protected] or call 204.487.3300 (toll free 1.877.231.4570).

Bachelor of Business Administration

Applicants must meet CMU's regular admission requirements, except that one of the grade 12 subjects they must present is Pre-Calculus Mathematics 40S course (or equivalent). Applicants who have not completed the mathematics requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis for special admission, conditional upon completing that requirement during the first year at CMU.

Bachelor of Business Administration, Co-op Option

The standard admission process is through an initial year in the Bachelor of Business Administration. Students who complete the first year with at least four required or restricted elective courses in Business and Organizational Administration, with a minimum grade of "B" in each and an overall minimum GPA of 2.5 over 30 credit hours, are eligible to apply for admission to the Bachelor of Business Administration, Co-op Option.

Alternatively, applicants may seek admission directly from high school if they have an average of 85% over three academic courses including Pre-Calculus Mathematics 40S and English 40S (or equivalents), with a minimum grade of 60% in each.

Bachelor of Arts, three- or four-year, with a major in Business and Organizational Administration

Applicants must meet CMU's regular admission requirements, except that one of the grade 12 subjects they must present is either Applied Mathematics 40S or Pre-Calculus Mathematics 40S (or equivalents).

Note: Applicants who have not completed the mathematics requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis for special admission, conditional upon completing that requirement during the first year at CMU.
